Hi, I´m Solveig and I am so excited for you to finally succeed with long-term fitness routine so that you´ll feel energized and confident. My goal is to support and motivate you as we work together to prioritize your fitness and create movement strategies that will make you feel your best.    

From an active lifestyle as a dancer and dance teacher to a sedentary office job, I experienced my fitness decline, leaving me feeling drained, stressed, and unfulfilled. Determined to make a change, I channeled my five years of dance and sports education into creating a transformative step-by-step process that I now share with my clients.

  • Health Coaches guide clients in creating healthier habits and sustainable change, whether that’s consistent workouts, sleeping better, eating balanced, or stressing less, but our role is not to tell our clients what to do.

    Instead, we are our client's biggest supporters while providing valuable resources to help our clients find out what solutions work best for them as individuals with their own unique needs and desires.

    Health coaches go beyond our client's “what” (such as wanting to stick to a workout routine) and help explore our client´s “why”, to try to discover the root cause of the client's challenge to make the desired change.

  • It will work for you if you want to:

    • Get the energy & confidence that comes from working out consistently

    • Manage stress & overwhelm without hours of meditation

    • Build self-confidence & talk more positively to yourself

    • Work out consistently, even when traveling

  • A course is self-led and requires a lot of self-discipline and motivation to follow through and see results from. You have probably scrolled through a lot of information on the internet about how to create sustainable habits and keep them. And you have probably also noticed that the information available isn´t tailored to you and your specific lifestyle.

    This is where a coaching program is different. As your coach I will give you individualized support and accountability so that you´ll stay motivated and crush your goals.

  • We will meet every other week for 1 hour-long coaching sessions, but you will also have to set aside some time every day to work on your goals.

  • While there is loads of health information available online, it can be overwhelming to take the fitness decisions that will work for you.

    Coaches invest their time and expertise into creating personalized strategies. The value of this personalized guidance far outweighs the cost, as it leads to long-term lifestyle changes and improvements in your health and well-being.

  • I can't guarantee weight loss as part of this program, but weight loss is often one of the effects of prioritizing your fitness over time.

  • We are all individuals with different needs and preferences. This means that what works for everyone else won’t necessarily work for you.

    That is also why I don't offer my clients a specific workout program, but instead recommend individualized strategic steps to make consistent exercise easier.

  • No, I focus on guiding my clients to discover which activities make them feel best without implementing a strict workout regime.

  • Yes, I will give you individualized recommendations on how you can bring your fitness rountine with you when you travel without needing access to a gym.

  • Yes, it doesn’t matter where you live as the sessions will be held online.
