I understand the frustration of the start-stop cycle because, as a former professional dancer, discipline and routine were my job. Consistency wasn't a personal challenge for me—it was the non-negotiable foundation of my life.

However, after years of practice and studying sports science at university, I saw the opposite problem everywhere else: smart, motivated women constantly giving up on their health goals because fitness felt too complicated, too time-consuming, or too dependent on sheer willpower.

As a certified Health Coach, I realized the true gap: The traditional fitness world teaches intensity; busy women need sustainability.
