a certified health coach for hard-working women juggling a day job, their own business, and life.

First of all, I just want to say that I know what it's like to feel burned out from juggling it all. Second of all, I want you to know that you came to the right place.

The F.R.E.E. Framework

So let's dive into the F.R.E.E. framework, a system I created to help you have the time, energy, and confidence needed to build your business and live a life of adventure.

F - Fuel Your Mind with the Right Thoughts

The foundation of everything is your mindset. When you change your thinking, you change your actions, and that changes your results. The main mistake I see here is letting limiting beliefs hold you back from taking action. If you believe you don't have the time or energy, you will create that reality for yourself.

The Solution: You need to become willing to shift your mindset into "success mode." A success mindset empowers you to think strategically, builds your confidence, and helps you try a different approach when things don't go as planned. We'll identify your limiting beliefs and replace them with empowering affirmations, backed by small, consistent actions that prove your new belief to yourself. As a former professional dancer and teacher, I know how to help you build the discipline to stick to this. In my program, I help clients work through each limiting belief one by one and address the emotional drama that keeps them from taking consistent action.

R - Rest and Recharge Your Body and Mind

The main mistake I see here is poor time management, which leaves no time to "fill your cup." When you're juggling a 9-5 and a business, not taking time for self-care can quickly lead to burnout, which reduces your overall ability to function well. This is why you need a time management system that supports you.

The Solution: The first step is to acknowledge that self-care is not wasted time - it is crucial for productivity and success. We'll organize your tasks and schedule your weeks in a way that creates regular breaks and time for the things that energize you. Drawing on my ten years as an advisor, I’ll help you find a system that makes you more focused and efficient, giving you back the time you need for yourself and your business.

E - Exercise to Release Stress While Strengthening Your Confidence

The main mistake I see here is believing that regular exercise requires a lot of time and motivation. Approaching exercise with an all-or-nothing mindset keeps you stuck in a starting and stopping cycle, which makes you lose confidence and creates untrue beliefs about yourself.

The Solution: The key is to let go of perfectionism and implement a workout routine that is easy to do, doesn't take a lot of time, and is an activity you genuinely enjoy. We'll find your "why" for working out, set a small, attainable commitment, and create an "if-then" plan to help you stay consistent. The goal isn't to be perfect; it's to build discipline and trust in yourself, which directly transfers to building your business.

E - Eat Nourishing and Delicious Foods

The main mistake I see here is craving and eating unhealthy foods to deal with our emotions. Using food to feel better might work in the moment, but the emotions you were trying to avoid will still be there, now often accompanied by feelings of regret, guilt, or shame.

The Solution: The next time you find yourself reaching for unhealthy foods, take a minute to get curious about why. Are you feeling bored, stressed, sad, or overwhelmed? We'll learn to recognize the feeling you're really hungry for and find non-food ways to deal with those emotions. In my program, I help you learn how to manage cravings with confidence so that you can get your energy and mental capacity back to focus on your side hustle and travel.


A little bit about me:

My journey to becoming a health coach comes from my love of adventure and personal development. I love to travel and explore, and in 2022, my partner and I built a van to travel around Norway and Europe with our dog, Koia. This love for exploring is also about looking inside myself. My health coach training has helped me understand myself better and build a healthier way of thinking.

My work background also helps me as a coach. I used to be a professional dancer and dance teacher. This taught me how to be disciplined, create a good learning space, and set clear goals. I use these skills to help my clients.

I also worked for ten years as an advisor. This taught me how to explain things clearly and listen carefully. I can understand what my clients need and make sure they feel heard.

What makes me different?

  • I live it, I don´t just talk about it.

    I juggle a challenging full-time job with having my own business, without sacrificing my health and well-being, while also squeezing in lots of traveling. I know how hard it is to juggle everything. I've learned how to manage my time and energy, and I can show you how to do it too. I've had to learn how to keep my healthy habits even when on the road, and with limited time.
